What does the collaboration process look like?

We review your drawings and ideas to understand what you want to create. Based on this, we develop the initial visuals, taking into account your preferences and the character of the space. If needed, we make revisions and refine the work through to the final stage, adding details, materials, and producing high-quality final images.

For a quote, it’s best to provide the building plans, elevations, and sections. Additionally, please specify the number of desired views and the project’s location or style preferences (e.g., reference images). moodboard).

Depending on the scope, the initial draft views are usually completed within 3–5 business days. For larger development projects, we agree on a detailed timeline separately.

Yes, if specific products are selected (e.g., a manufacturer link or model), we can include them in the scene. If no preferences are provided, we will choose furnishings that match the overall style and concept of the space.

Please note that for very specific products or materials, exact availability may not always be guaranteed. In such cases, we will use the closest and visually suitable alternatives.

What does the price of a visualization depend on?

The price depends on the complexity of the modeling (architecture, level of detail), the number of views, and whether it’s an interior or exterior visualization. Each project is unique, so we always prepare a personalized quote based on your needs and the scope of the project.

Revisions are a natural part of the creative process. The price includes up to two revision rounds per stage, during which we can adjust furniture, modify material tones, or refine the lighting according to your preferences. It’s important that all major requirements and spatial planning details are defined at the beginning of the project—this helps ensure the best final result and keeps the timeline on track. More extensive architectural changes after completion are handled separately by agreement.

We provide a personalized quote outlining the project cost broken down by stages. Each stage is paid for separately, with a 50% upfront payment required. This helps ensure a smooth workflow and prevents potential payment delays.

After the invoice is paid, the copyright of the images is transferred to you. This means you can use the completed visualizations freely on your website, social media, real estate portals, and in print advertising. SinuVisioon retains the right to use the finished work in its portfolio and promotional materials, crediting the project creators where possible (unless otherwise requested).

Yes, for larger projects and those with repetitive elements (e.g., a full apartment building development or a row of similar type houses), we offer project-based discounts. Since larger projects allow us to optimize our processes, we can provide a more competitive price per view. Feel free to request a personalized quote for your entire project!

We keep all project files even after the work is delivered. If you later want to change, for example, the façade color, swap interior materials, or add new views, this is possible. Since the base model already exists, such updates can be completed more quickly and at a reduced cost or by separate agreement.

In what format and how will I receive the final images?

We deliver the final visualizations in 2K resolution JPG or PNG JPG või PNG in a format suitable for both web use and high-quality print.

We upload the completed files to a private Google Drive folder created specifically for you, and we’ll send you the link via email. This way, your project files are securely stored in one place and accessible at any time.

Yes, in addition to standard images, we offer interactive 360° panoramic viewsthat allow viewers to look around the space, creating a true sense of presence. We also produce short animations and video tours, which are excellent tools for capturing attention on social media or real estate portals.
